UNDERSTNADING PRIORITY LIST CLEANS

Important Infomration for proper first time cleans

Understanding a Prioity List/Custom Clean

Priority List Cleans are a cost effective way to get your space cleaned while focusing only on the areas of most importance. These cleans are a custom option that is strictly tied to a specific time which starts from the moment the technician arrives till the time they pull away.

Priority List Cleans are designated to allow our technicians to focus on your most important priorities to your least important priorities. These cleans are generally guided by a list of your priorities, that is either left for our technician prior to each service, or is communicated to the office and added to your profile (if your priorities are expected to change each service, it is recommneded to leave a note for the technician rather then permanently attaching to your profile). If no note is privided or priorities are not clearly defined, our technicians will use their best judgement to accomplish the most they can in the alloted time.

Priority Cleans can be used as a one time service or in a reoccurring service and can include standard cleaning aspects or include maid type services such as dishes and laundry.

Technicians will not necessarily complete the entire list for a priority clean. They will work down your list of priorities (starting at the top) and clean for the requested time. If you would like to add additional time from one clean to another, please communicate this to our office staff prior to the service so that additional time can be added to your service.

Lastly, if this is your first Priority Clean, please understand that the amount of work capable to complete in the alloted time, is solely based on the tasks being requested and the level of dirt/build up we may encounter. Generaly speaking first time cleans take almost twice as long per area then follow on services. Pristine Clean

Please see below for examples of some of the more time consuming areas and examples for a First Time Priority Clean. This should privde a good understanding and proper expectation management.
